- Your pickup address or postcode
- Journey details (destination, date, number of passengers, vehicle type)
- Any additional information you choose to provide (e.g. flight times, accessibility needs, child seat requirements)
When you visit our website, we may also automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type and pages visited, via cookies and similar technologies. See Section 8 for more on cookies.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your personal data to:
- Process and manage your booking request and provide the transport service you have requested
- Contact you to confirm, amend or follow up on your booking by phone, email, SMS or WhatsApp
- Send you a quotation or booking confirmation
- Respond to enquiries or complaints
- Comply with our legal obligations (e.g. licensing conditions, insurance requirements)
- Improve our website and services through anonymous analytics
We will only use your data for the purposes set out above. We do not use your data for automated profiling or targeted advertising.

- Contract: to take steps at your request prior to entering a contract, and to perform the contract once confirmed (Art. 6(1)(b))

5. Who We Share Your Data With
ATS Travel Ltd does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. We may share your data with:
- Associate drivers or partner operators, only where necessary to fulfil your booking, and only to the extent required (e.g. your name, pickup details and contact number)
- Email and communication service providers, such as EmailJS, which we use to deliver booking confirmations and notifications. These providers act as data processors under our instruction
- WhatsApp / Meta Platforms, when you contact us via WhatsApp, or when we send you a booking notification via WhatsApp. WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to those communications
- Regulatory or legal authorities, if we are required by law to disclose your data
6. How Long We Keep Your Data
We retain your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, and in accordance with our legal and regulatory obligations. As a general guide:
- Booking and contact records are retained for up to 3 years after the last interaction, to allow us to resolve any disputes, process refunds or respond to complaints
- Financial records are retained for 6 years in accordance with HMRC requirements
- After the relevant retention period, your data is securely deleted
